ChangeWAVE uses the information given by the customer to contact the customer, to provide customers with information related to services of ChangeWAVE, to reply to customers’ inquiries, and to send e-mail messages and documents to the customers.

When ChangeWAVE has the customer’s consent to the disclosure
When ChangeWAVE needs to disclose a customer’s information to the business operators entrusted by us to provide a service that the customer has requested

If the customer makes a request to access, correct, or delete the personal information, ChangeWAVE will respond to the customer’s request after verifying his/her identity.
