Sasaki graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo. She worked at the Bank of Japan and later joined McKinsey & Company. After having worked at the Chicago office, she was promoted to Associate Partner by McKinsey & Company.
For over eight years, Sasaki worked on projects transforming the management of numerous companies in the financial, retail, and telecommunications industries, as well as public organizations. After she left McKinsey & Company, she began working as a designer for corporate “transformations.”
In 2009, Sasaki founded ChangeWAVE, Inc. to facilitate the transformation of individuals, organizations, and society, supporting the implementation of corporate transformation projects and developing leaders who can bring about a change.
