After graduating from the School of Law at Chuo University, Suzuki joined Shizuoka Broadcasting System Co., Ltd. After working there as a TV director and journalist for 15 years, she moved to the USA with her family due to her husband’s job relocation.
While living in New York, she reported on education and childcare for Japanese TV programs.
After coming back to Japan, Suzuki resumed her career as a journalist, conducting interviews on work-style reforms and diversity management, and moderating panel sessions.
Through these interviews, she became aware that work-style reforms tended to be superficial and that training programs tended to rely on the motivations of the participants. Therefore, Suzuki decided to join ChangeWAVE, Inc. to help these reforms become more logical and effective.
Suzuki telecommutes between Shizuoka and Tokyo to expand her career in the era of the 100-year-life.
