Tomoko Komori

After graduating from the Department of Economics at the University of Victoria in Canada, Komori joined the Societe Generale in Japan. She left the company after becoming a mother and spent time as a housewife.
After joining ChangeWAVE, Inc., Komori utilized her diverse experiences to engage in education projects, global projects and diversity implementation projects. Also, she started a Yama-iku (“mountain education”) project to provide formative experiences to children in order to thrive in the 21st century. She plans and operates ChangeWAVE’s platforms, such as “Eijyo College” and “Michikara.”
Komori has an ambition to “create a world where anyone who wants to change themselves has a chance to unleash their full potential.
